Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, country-pop musician and songwriter, when she was a character on the television show One Tree Hill. She played Alex during three of the last four seasons. The first three albums she released as a country artist included in episodes of the series helping her 2012 eponymous debut album to make it into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached the Top Ten. In the final decade of her career with a performance on Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, she released The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002 when she was a young teens. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer is a veteran of the country genre. Following a couple of guest appearances on All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed the role of Noelle Davenport in NBC Friday Night Lights in the second season of 2007-2008. Kramer went on to appear as Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) and then was cast in One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until about half-way through the final season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer, during her stint as Alex Dupre, on One Tree Hill signed with Elektra Records. She debuted contemporary country song I Won't give up in a 2011 One Tree Hill episode. The track was later featured on the debut full-length album of Jana Kramer in mid 2012. This song landed in Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, which is in the Top Five. After focusing on her musical career, she continued acting and appeared in movies like Heart of the Country 2013 (which was a hit with her fans) as well as Country Crush 2016 (which would draw her fans of music). Kramer launched her second studio album Thirty One together with Warner Music Nashville, in October of this year. I Got the Boy - the album was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead vocalist, singing a duet on to make it into the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. Her two-month appearance on the Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing in fourth place. Also, it was the year when she scored a contemporary-adult hit, with Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
